Best Ice cream ever!!! Made a new sundae Nuts for carmel!!!! Salted Butter Pecan + Turtle cashew + Health bar candy + Carmel Drizzle !!!!🤤🤤🤤😋😋Whip cream and a cherry!!!!! I forgot the Managers name but she was awesome too!!! I know u know me by my comment. I renamed it !!! Lol please adjust the flavor names if I got them wrong!!!😉

Wife and I walked in to check the place out, we've been to some other ice cream shops, figured we'd try the one closer to our house, after seeing the cost of getting 2 shakes we walked out. About $20 just to get two shakes.

Simply amazing. We loved our ice cream. The selection was great. FRESH MADE WAGFLE CONES!!!!! The best ice cream I have had since moving out here. They have huge straws for their shakes to make them easier to drink. The lady working was super friendly and patient as our kids took their time choosing. This will be a new family ice cream joint. =)

Our family stopped here while attending Sailfest. We were greeted by a very friendly worker, who treated our kids like people and with respect. We all enjoyed our ice cream. Totally recommend. Also, they offer a military and first responder discount. Very impressed.

Kind of typical modern day ice cream shop. Wacky flavors, high prices, dipped cones with candy all over them, and a buffet line of candy/cookie toppings. I wouldn’t recommend getting a shake/malt, mine was pure liquid and I ended up throwing 2/3 of it away. They use a local, high quality dairy (Wildowski) for their ice cream, but unless you order a very plain menu item, I’m not sure you’d notice which is a shame. The staff were friendly enough, but definitely had a script when it came to interacting with the customers. We might give it another chance, but with so many other options nearby, it will probably be a while.

It's good there's a lot of options but 2 scoops is very large and the coffee flavor ice cream is just to much to my option

Really good icecream and coffee. It's a nice spot right downtown and a nice deck overlooking the river. Perfect for summer, and great in the winter too.

Yummy deliciousness. We had the 3 scoop banana split. Choose any toppings....wow! Highly recommend.

My wife and I while waiting for the train decided to try this out, as we're fanatics about ice cream. The Lady working was very health conscientious,And helpful, ordering by text made it easy. We both had an Oreo and cookie dough sundae, Excellent creamy, sweetened just right. Sitting on the deck viewing the ocean, couldn't get much better.

Love the new location! The view from the back deck is beautiful. Our kids had a ton of fun going there. We'll be back.

Kinda expensive but they follow the CDC guidelines very seriously and we're creative when coming up with a way to serve the customers

Awesome place for milkshakes, $10 minimum of you're paying by card.

Definitely dont like how they take orders they let people cut way to much and if you dont speak up it will just keep happening .... prices are high for the price u pay for 2 scoops u could buy 3 gallons of decent ice cream at the store or a expensive pint. And while sitting on deck u get to listen to the drunken yells of the people next door on the bars patio.... and dont park behind the building unless u like flats from the broken bottles or blowing trash.. ice cream tastes ok that's the only reason I gave 2 stars

Visited for dessert late in the day, May 22. Group of 4 of us trying out the new "distancing" pattern on Berry's outdoor deck. 3 got shakes, 1 ice cream cone. The servers quickly brought us menus and took our orders. Ice cream arrived in a few minutes and was just delicious. All orders were correct the first time. Total was texted to us and we paid with a card- still navigating payment systems to avoid contact. We will certainly be back, because Berry's is absolutely delicious!

Was there on Sunday afternoon. Rushing to get food before the train left. The three women serving were unbelievably helpful- quick efficient and tasty. Made our train and enjoyed a tasty sandwich.

This place is very friendly, and allows dogs!!!!!! I very close to this place and I go there with my boyfriend alot. I recently just got a puppy and I brought her into the place and the owner was very kinda and recommended me some of her dog friendly ice cream and was very helpful with me to pick up the ice cream flavor I wanted. If that isnt good customer service I dont know what is. I 100% would recommend this to a friend or family or even take someone here!!!! The prices are in between cheap and a little expensive but the ice creams are so good that it is worth it!

My family and come here all the time. My new favorite flavor is coffee caramel brownie. I get that with the chocolate ice cream and hot fudge. The watermelon sherbet is excellent too!

Good selection but pricey.

The selection & variety of ice cream is awesome. The grilled cheese (cheddar only on wheat) was perfect (multiple choices for a grilled cheese are available by the way). I also had the pulled pork nachos, which were a perfect balance of good tortilla chips & toppings. Great new location with a fantastic patio overlooking the Thames River.

Awesome place to take the family for icecream. My son likes to get a little candy and my fiance can indulge too seeing as they offer a complimentary lactose pill with your icecream! Love the new outside deck and great hospitality.

Very friendly and very good Ice Cream. Cheerful placed. Used to shop there in the late 70's when it was Robert's Records and Millie was also so nice. The ice cream flavors are super and the choices are endless. You need to stop in and give this place a try.
